1.  Return Policy
 
Due to the constantly changing market of CCGs, we cannot give refunds for Magic Singles.  However, we guarantee the condition of our cards.  If a card is received in worse condition than stated when purchased, the card can be returned for a full refund. You must return the card(s) within 7 days of the receipt of your order to get a refund. Refunds will be issued in the form in which it was paid.
 
2.  Order Cancellation or Modification
 
Gone to Plaid Games has the right to cancel any order or portion of an order for any reason without prior notification.  If this happens you will be notified immediately as to why we changed your order and any refund that is required will be issued immediately.
 
Some possible, but not the only, reasons this may happen are:
  • We did not have the card that you purchased in stock.  
  • Sudden market value change.  With the constantly changing metagame, a card can go from zero to hero in a matter of a weekend.  If a card increases in value and it is purchased before we are able to make the change you will be given the opportunity to purchase the card at the correct price, or it will be removed and refunded.
This policy can also affect our buylist prices.  We reserve the right to modify or cancel any buylist order.  You will be notified in the confirmation email.  Please be sure to read this before sending your cards.  If you send cards that were removed from the order, we will send them back, but we are not responsible for return shipping.  You can either pay for return shipping via one of our accepted payment methods or we can keep cards equal in value to the shipping cost.
 
3.  Newsletters
 
By ordering through our website, you are agreeing to receive any newletters or promotions we send out.  This is usually to your advantage as they will often have coupons and specials.
 
4.  Shipping
 
All shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination of your order and are sent via USPS.
Domestic shipping options are: First Class, Priority or Express
 
All Domestic Orders over $200 must be shipped via Priority or Express Mail.  If the incorrect shipping option is chosen, we will notify you and you will be given the option to either upgrade the shipping or cancel the order.
 
International shipping is also available and determined based on weight and destination.
Internation shipping options are: Air Mail, Priority or Express.
 
All international orders over $100 must be shipped via Priority or Express Mail.  If the incorrect shipping option is chosen, we will notify you and you will be given the option to either upgrade the shipping or cancel the order.
 
Insurance is also available on all orders
 
Gone to Plaid Games is not responsible for any order lost in the mail after it leaves our hands.  If this is a concern to you, we highly reccomend you purchase insurance to ensure your order gets delivered safely and on time.
 
 
5.  Reward System
 
Gone to Plaid Games reserves the right to make changes to our reward system at any time without notice.  If changes are made, all members will be notified via email of any changes.  Any changes made will not affect any past rewards and will not affect any store credit accumulated up to the point of any changes, but any future purchases will fall under the new system.
 
Gone to Plaid Games reserves the right to remove a person or account from our reward system if we find it being abused by a customer.  
 
Our Reward system is only available to Domestic customers at this time.
 
6.  Refer a Friend
 
Gone to Plaid Games has the right to remove any store credit earned through our 'Refer a Friend' program if we feel it is being abused in any way by a customer.  Customers may not refer themselves, or any person with the same physical address, email address or credit card.  See "Accounts" below.
 
 
7.  Accounts
 
Only one account is allowed per household and/or per user/credit card.  If two users share an address or if we feel a user is using multiple addresses, then all but one account will be deleted and all credit earned in those accounts will be lost.   You will be notified if this occurs.
 
8.  Pre-Orders
 
All pre-orders will be shipped within a reasonable period of time after release.
Due to the random nature of opening packs, pre-ordered singles are not guaranteed.  All singles will be shipped in the order they were purchased, so the earlier you get your order in the more guarantee you have that you will receive your singles.  If you pre-order singles and we do not reach the quantity sold and cannot ship your cards we will give you a full refund for your purchase, or a refund totalling the missing cards.  If you have any questions about pre-ordering singles please do not hesitate to contact us.
 
9.  Modifying an Order
 
An order may be modified prior to it being shipped.  If you wish to add cards to an order you may place a second order and email us to make sure we see it is an additional order.  We will ship both together and refund any shipping costs for the second order.  If you wish to remove items from an order before it is shipped you my email us your request and we will refund the proper amount and remove the cards from your order.  If you decide to remove cards, please do so as soon as possible, otherwise all cards may be shipped.
